Hi there! I'm Michelle.

Staff Product Designer and Design System Champion

I'm passionate about creating systems, processes, and fostering strong design cultures, with experience in B2B SaaS startups across various industries. Recently, I've been focused on building and scaling design systems for both small and large teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering impactful product solutions.

I’ve worked with teams of all shapes and sizes but I thrive on small, cross-functional, highly collaborative teams that value curiosity and trust. I’m looking for a team that embraces frequent feedback, makes data-driven decisions, and works iteratively to build great products.

I’ve flirted with management and product leadership roles, but I love being an individual contributor. A colleague recently called me a powerhouse for the speed and quality of my work. I love mentoring, peer leadership, and supporting growing teams, while staying focused on hands-on design.
